Our lab ships all orders through either UPS/USPS or Fedex. Our company is NOT responsible for the time it 

takes for your order to arrive this is on UPS/USPS and Fedex. Currently UPS/USPS are taking longer to deliver packages so please

bare with us as we are dealing with these delays too but are at the hands of the shipping companies.  

If it has been more than 14 business days since you got your email and cannot track the package PLEASE let us know so we can 

get you a replacement order !
